Does God exist? Why does it matter?

Before, he was one of many gods, leader of them all, but still just another god. He fixed that one though. Since he was able to manipulate mankind into anything he willed, he starting up a couple group of fanatic mono-thesis’s and walla! It was the sword that murdered the dwellers of Mt. Olympus and paved the way to everyone and everything bowing to him, without question. All his creation was in bliss.
